FPV Drone Video for Real Estate: Why It Sells
Photos show a property one room at a time. Video shows how it connects, and FPV video does it in a single, unbroken move that a buyer can follow from the street, through the front door and all the way across the space. Still images can't give you that sense of flow, and that's why a good drone tour holds attention where a gallery gets skimmed.
What FPV adds that a normal drone can't
A standard cinema drone gives you the smooth exterior aerial: the building, the plot, the setting. That matters, and we always shoot it. But FPV drones are small and agile enough to keep flying: down to the entrance, through the door, up the stairs and between rooms without a cut. For apartments, houses and developments, that continuous walk-through is the shot people remember.
We usually combine the two. DJI handles the wide reveal and the context, FPV carries the viewer inside. The result feels like being shown around in person, compressed into a clip short enough for a listing or a social post.
Getting the most from it
The property should be shoot-ready: tidy, lit, staged as you would for a viewing. We plan the route so the flight tells a story rather than just visiting rooms, and we deliver a finished, colour-graded edit plus short cut-downs for social. For agents and developers around Sibiu and within 150 km, it's one of the fastest ways to make a listing stand out.
